Shiatsu com Hugo Garcia Lisboa Lisbon

Hugo has naturally gifted healing hands. Life brought Hugo into my life as one of those rare, unexpected gifts. Within a few minutes of meeting him I could feel his healing, very soothing, grounded, kind, unpretentious, gentle (yet powerful) energy. From the moment you walk into his beautiful studio space, you feel welcomed, and taken care of. Incredibly knowledgeable in his craft, I’d say his treatments transcend into the realm of psychosomatic intuitive healing as he seamlessly balances the scientific and practical with the intuitive. A treatment with Hugo is like having a soulmate friend who knows your greatest joys and deepest (secret) sorrows helping you move through, process, and energetically release stress and trauma memories stored in your body through touch. During treatments, he ensures that you’re at ease by gently checking in with you in a way that doesn’t interrupt the flow of the process or takes you out of the moment. I highly recommend his treatments, and I’m forever grateful that our paths have crossed! With just a few sessions with him I can feel my body has started re-harmonising to its natural frequency. I’ve been able to tap into, release, and create so much inner space. Warmly, M

If you reflect back on your life of how many people you have worked with who actually had the gift of healing intuition, you likely could count them on one hand. It’s rare in my experience to come across someone who is actually wired this way and honed enough to translate that gift into an act of healing service to others. Hugo has this gift. In his Shiatsu massage, he could feel the energy blocks in my body and know the right ways to press or release those knots in relation other areas of my body that were holding the tensions in place. It was like a puzzle of tense combinations, but he skillfully unlocked and released my stress levels little by little, until I was a ball of mush. I found it to be really interesting how when he would press certain knots I would have a memory flash of where that knot originated, like and old conversation at work, or a feeling of stress from over committing myself to someone else’s issues, and as the knot would go away, so would the stress from the memory. Just out the window. I’d highly recommend this experience with Hugo to anyone else who feels as twisted as I did, because I’m finally at peace in my own body.
